We are offering online consultations whilst we are experiencing a government enforced shut down of the beauty industry due to covid-19.
The online platforms we use are Zoom (preferred as we can draw diagrams for you), FaceTime (iOs software only if you're unable to access Zoom) or Skype (video quality is amazing but unable to draw the diagrams).
​
We will then express post out (Australia wide, we can also post internationally upon request) your skincare, gutcare and makeup purchases, or we can hand deliver if you re local :)

Once your booking request has been received, we will make contact within 1 business days VIA EMAIL ADDRESS provided to schedule an appointment. Please check your email entered is correct- you will receive a confirmation email once booking form has been submitted. Emma Rose is working between home and the clinic at the moment so she will respond as soon as she has access to our diary and our emails. You will then be required to pay a NON refundable deposit via manual credit/debit card transaction to confirm your appointment.

SKIN CONSULTATIONS (two options)
Please make sure you send quality photos of your face/ skin area to be treated as soon as you have submitted your Booking Request Form via email to emmarose@thistleandrose.com.au.
Sending photos promptly will speed up the booking process; booking requests with no supporting photos may not be attended to in time. We request a minimum of five photos of the full face (frontal straight on, full left side profile, left diagonal, full right side profile, side diagonal) and also any close photos of any problem areas/ concerns,
We will also email you a consultation form to fill out.

SKINFORMATION CONSULTATION
allow between 60-75mins, $100which includes a complimentary Essential Cleansing Cloth valued at $25.
This is our signature skin consultation where we dive deep into your skin history, explain the skin including drawing diagrams, recommend your tailored skin journey including skincare products for at home, treatments for at home and treatments for in clinic when we reopen.

SKINSTARTER CONSULTATION
allow up to 30mins, $50
Choose this if you wish to have a skincare range recommended to you so you can purchase the products right for your skin.

COSMETIC TATTOO CONSULTATIONS
To have cosmetic tattoo, you will need to check your eligibility on the Cosmetic Tattoo Eligibility page and please become familiar with the information on the FAQ's whilst you are waiting for your booking request to be reviewed. It is your responsibility to ensure you are eligible for Cosmetic Tattoo BEFORE requesting an appointment/ paying your deposit. If you are unsure if you are eligible, please include any notes in the Booking Request Form.
