Karratha Visits Book Now/ Wait List

Emma Rose has been visiting Karratha anywhere between two-six trips per year and works from House of Belle Ame, Pelago West building, 23 Sharpe Avenue, Karratha.
​
When Emma Rose visits Karratha, she normally does a pair so you can have the Initial appointment at the first trip and the Refinement appointment on the second trip (unless you will be in Perth during the Refinement window, where you can book in at our clinic in Subiaco for that appt). Annual Refresher appointments for existing clients are able to be booked for the second trip.

Karratha appointments are available Monday - Wednesday 7am/8am - 430pm with minor variations depending on flight dates and times (Emma Rose usually flies in on Sunday and flies back to Perth on Thursday and does not see clients the same day as travelling).
Once we have scheduled Karratha trips in, we contact those who are on our waitlist first.

AT THE TIME OF BOOKING, WE WILL REQUIRE A 50% BOOKING FEE PER APPOINTMENT MADE.
WE WILL THEN SEND YOU AN ANAESTHETIC ORDER FORM TO BE COMPLETED AND ORDERED WHEN YOU BOOK. BOTH INITIAL AND REFINEMENT APPOINTMENTS WILL NEED TO BE SCHEDULED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.

Topical Anaesthetic
We will email you an order form for topical anaesthetic from the compounding company Emma Rose uses to order the cream from. This is extremely strong and caters to the climate/bleeding of client sin the Pilbara. You just need to fill out and email the form to the pharmacy (CC us in). The two creams come to roughly $60-$70, they will post out the cream to you where you will need to store in the fridge until your appointment. You will need to bring this along with you on the day to your appointment- please set a phone alarm/reminder ASAP.

Confirmation
Once your booking request has been received (after we have announced dates), we will make contact within 5 business days VIA EMAIL ADDRESS provided (please check your email entered is correct- you will receive a confirmation email once booking form has been submitted) to schedule an appointment. (NOTE that if there are no trips planned, your form will be filed in our waitlist folder and you will only be contacted once we have dates booked).
You will then be required to pay a 50% NON refundable booking fee via bank transfer (or manual credit/debit card transaction may be requested) to confirm your appointment. Please make sure you send quality photos of your cosmetic tattoo area/ skin are to be treated as soon as you have submitted Booking Request Form- this will speed up the booking process- booking requests with no supporting photos may not be attended to. If you haven't completed all information you will not be contacted.
Eligibility
To have cosmetic tattoo, you will need to check your eligibility on the Cosmetic Tattoo Eligibility page and please become familiar with the information on the FAQ's before your appointment is made.
It is your responsibility to ensure you are eligible for Cosmetic Tattoo BEFORE requesting an appointment/ paying your booking fee.
The booking fee is NON REFUNDABLE and can not be transferred to any other appointments.
