We encourage you to bring your ear phones head phones to your LED appointment and listen to a podcast, focus on meditation or you can listen to your own music. Laying there for 10-30 minutes with your eyes closed sounds like a dream for many clients, however it can also be difficult for some people, so the help of a guided meditation or podcast it can be great for the soul.
